Meanwhile, starting in January 2018, the Supervisory Council of AB Kauno Tiltai will be chaired by Dominik Radziwiłł, who is also the Chairman of the Supervisory Council of Trakcja PRKil S.A. He will replace Maciej Radziwiłł, who served as the chairman until now.
In addition to that, the Supervisory Council of AB Kauno Tiltai will have two new members. First, the Finance Director of Trakcja PRKiI S.A., Pawel Nogalski. Second, the Manager of the Road Department of the Environmental Engineering Faculty of Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, Assoc. Prof. Virgaudas Puodžiukas, as the independent member of the Supervisory Council, who will replace previous Council member Nerijus Eidukevičius.
Development Director of Comsa Corporation (a Spanish company and the main shareholder in Trakcja PRKiI S.A.) and member of the Trakcja PRKiI S.A. Supervisory Council, Miquel Llevat Vallespinosa will continue his work on the Supervisory Council of AB Kauno Tiltai, along with Jarosław Tomaszewski, the Chairman of the Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A.
