Within 2 years the company will construct a new section of A13 Klaipėda-Liepāja trunk road, which before transferring it to the state ownership will bemaintained for 23 years. During construction of the bypass a two-level intersection near Palanga will be reconstructed. Also, two more one-level intersections will be constructed. The bypass constructed from the town of Palanga will divert the transit transport going in the directions of Liepāja, Klaipėda and Šiauliai.
